"If It's Your Dream, Then Go Live It With The Best Team In The World"

Pros

Its one of only a few places in the world you can support a calling not a job in the engineering and manufacturing industry/profession. I mean do you want to work to make a random person's stock... value increase, or do you want to do something you will be proud off until the day you die as a truly contributing person to humanity.

Cons

If its not your dream then its not the right place for you. There isn't many roles in that company that you can just support as a cool 9-5 kinda gig. Its just not for you if your looking for that.
