Former Employee - Recruiter

I worked at Aerotek full-time

Pros

Good company culture and competitive salary.

Cons

Can be Long days and hours

Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at Eastridge Workforce Solutions full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

While most may list the fact that we are an ESOP at the top of the pro-list, the ESOP feels more like an amazing bi-product of the culture and family that is Eastridge. Everyone is highly engaged... and collaborative. The competitive energy and drive to do our best creates an environment of constant growth and opportunities.

Cons

While I wouldn't consider it a con, what I would caution is that this environment is not for people who are just looking for a job. We are not an 8 to 5 as the nature of what we do can require off... hours (which is offset with a high level of flexibility and autonomy). Like all sales organizations, you get out what you put in and if you are not there to put in 100% you likely will not find this to be the best fit.
