Pros

Decent pay, 40 hrs sick time every year that does not include PTO

Cons

Operations is easy to get fired from. Get in the door and move out to another department.

elimination of your position with no notice--manager was not even aware position was eliminated. No time to apply for other positions.

Advice to Management

treat your staff they way you would like to be treated. The severance package was ok but it would have been nice to know before you received news of position elimination by phone with an effective... date of immediately
