Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Affinity Medical Center full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Small hospital with amazing staff. You get to know everyone. You make connections that last a lifetime. Best nurses ever.

Cons

Not much chance of advancement. I work as a pharmacy technician and everyone is pretty much even. Everyone knows your business.

Advice to Management

Treat everyone fairly. There are other staff that contribute to the running of the hospital besides nursing. I work midnights and we are the forgotten crew.

Current Contractor - Sterile Processing Technician

I have been working at MedPro Healthcare Staffing for less than a year

Pros

I’ve been with MEDPRO for about 6 months. My overall experience has been a positive one. The staff is very friendly and really listen to what you need and want.

Cons

The only thing that makes me nervous is the $11 an hour pay rate. I hope that it’s not a problem at tax time. Otherwise you can get penalized by the IRS.
