Pros

Truewind is a refreshing and enthusiastic team of highly skilled individuals. The business seems to have adopted a customer first approach over the years and it seems to work really well. People... generally feel valued and take a sense of ownership in the work that they deliver. I like that it's a fast yet steady growing environment where views are valued and input is appreciated.

Cons

Nothing out of the norm for a company of its size.
