I have been working at Air T full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Schedule Pay Incentives Wellness Benefits 401K Health Insurance This company is very competitive and well rounded. Schedule is pretty decent as I am home most days, pending adverse weather.... Weekends and holidays either off or well compensated to stay away, and sometimes they allow repositioning in aircraft, but that is usually more wear than it is worth.

Cons

I've been here almost 19 years. The grass is not greener and this company cares about employees.

Advice to Management

We would like to get a day off every now and then instead of needing to burn an entire week off for just one day that we need to spend at a scouting event or go to a kids piano recital

Excellent compensation package with top-notch benefits. Great team-centered culture that feels like family.

Cons

Things change fairly often, so tough to keep track of processes and clients. Very heavy workload during holiday season.
