Pros

I absolutely love working for Alaska for over a decade. I love the benefits, the growth opportunities, and how much they invest in the employees. They even pay for Harvard classes for us to grow... professionally.

Cons

Nothing really. I have not had bad experiences with this company. If I had to choose one thing, it would be to try and expand the market on the east coast.
