Featured Review

Current Employee - Flight Attendant

I have been working at Alaska Airlines full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Excellent work-life balance; flexible schedule-flexibility gets better over time with seniority; paid to fly around taking care of people and getting them where they want to go safely; benefits are... outstanding

Cons

Lonely nights in hotels; first few years on reserve/standby can be challenging, although totally worth it; working all major holidays the first few years most likely

Advice to Management

Keep evolving as we have been, keep soliciting feedback and make adjustments as needed while we grow. Essentially, keep doing what you’re doing :-)

"Great to work!!!"Jan 20, 2020

Current Employee - Customer Services Agent

I have been working at Delta Air Lines part-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Company genuinely cares about their employees. Pay scale is good and year end profit sharing is GREAT! Flexible schedule if you are part-time, fantastic flight privileges, tight community of... co-workers and good support from management. I like non-traditional hours so that's a pro for me. Lots of career opportunities if you are willing to relocate.

Cons

Schedules are not traditional 9-5 hours, often have to work weekends and holidays. Getting a good schedule comes with seniority. Newbies may have to work early mornings or closing shift.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. It is a pleasure to work for Delta Air Lines.
