Featured Review

Current Employee - Csa Lead

I have been working at Alaska Airlines part-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Started at reservations 30+ years ago, now I'm working at airport. First of all, I truly could not have asked for a more caring crew and company. When my families home burnt down, my Alaska... Airlines family got together with donations of money, food, clothing, and Christmas presents for my 3 boys. I don't think I'll ever leave. A lot of work from home opportunities available. Opportunity to travel

Cons

Can't be a smoker Some may see this as a con, I do not, but some may. It will take a long long time before you have seniority if you're in the Phoenix area.

Advice to Management

Not right now

Former Employee - Marketing

I worked at MercuryGate International full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Very forward looking company and staff with a strategy for its future. I like the efforts to professionalize the organization as a whole.

Cons

Would like to see improvements in health coverage

Advice to Management

stay the course, like the plan so far
