Current Employee - Csa Lead

I have been working at Alaska Airlines part-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Started at reservations 30+ years ago, now I'm working at airport. First of all, I truly could not have asked for a more caring crew and company. When my families home burnt down, my Alaska... Airlines family got together with donations of money, food, clothing, and Christmas presents for my 3 boys. I don't think I'll ever leave. A lot of work from home opportunities available. Opportunity to travel

Cons

Can't be a smoker Some may see this as a con, I do not, but some may. It will take a long long time before you have seniority if you're in the Phoenix area.

Advice to Management

Not right now

I have been working at Smove

Pros

Amazing people. I work alongside people I call my friends & family.

Cons

Executive Leadership team. - No transparency when it comes to decision making - Detached from the rest of the company - Does not practice any of our company’s value - Easily bamboozled by fluff (do... we really need a coach? If yes, what’s his ROI?) - Inexperience COO with no real contributions to profitability (OKR measures superficial steps with no number attached to it.)

Advice to Management

Listen to the good people around you.Motivational books with lots of buzz words haven’t gotten us to our goals. Stop being bamboozled by fluff and start looking at data.
