I have appreciated the opportunity to learn new skills at a company which is poised for the future.

It does not appear that there are any cons in working for Alliant Credit Union.

I would ask management to continue to move forward technologically, while maintaining a culture which is focused on employee involvement and well-being.

Pros
I honestly loved working there, the staff (of course not everyone will get along), the benefits and everything! It was awesome!
Cons
The sales goals was not good. Very stressful.
