Former Employee - Senior Information Architect

I worked at Allstate full-time for more than a year

Pros

A unique focus on the user, with a strong built up team to support it.

Cons

Projects can be very complex with a lot of stakeholders, but that's common with any large organization.

Advice to Management

Continue with current user-centric vision

Former Employee - Service Technician

I worked at Consumer Priority Service full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Talented team with a great atmosphere, family environment. You can grow with the company but there are no free rides, management is very fair. Freedom to test new ideas and run with them. The... company is always willing to roll the dice on new innovative ideas.

Cons

Nothing "cons" to say about them

Advice to Management

Keep the culture intact as you go through the rapid growth spurts.
