Current Employee - LDP

I have been working at Allstate full-time for more than a year

Pros

A great company to work for. You get to be in front of executives and grow your network.

Cons

Sometimes, you feel as if you are just a number because of the size of Allstate.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Hartville Group full-time

Pros

Mostly nice people but could be run better.

Cons

Some depts have people who are unwilling to listen or use suggestions for change. Management plays favorites and only listens to these people. The CEO who is great is not listened to enough which is... odd too see in any co.

Advice to Management

Add to staff with people who have fresh ideas and new ways to improve.
