"Love being in the sales field"May 18, 2019
I have been working at Allstate full-time for less than a year
Pros
Fast paced, energetic, boss really cares, good compensation for effort
Cons
My chair is uncomfortable and we only have one bathroom.
"Amazing Company"Mar 22, 2019
I worked at Zurich North America full-time for more than a year
Pros
I had nothing but positive experiences from this company. I started in the trainee program and also interned here. Your experience is largely dependent on your office and supervisors. The... supervisors here were superb and they were all knowledgeable. Management really wants you to succeed no matter what career path you choose.
Cons
The local offices and HQ were often not on the same page.
Advice to Management
Don't be scared to throw more work at the trainees/interns.
