I worked at Brose full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great people on the shop floor. The team in general has been supportive and friendly. Overall a good place to work. Always opportunities but in general a good place with long term job security and... good benefits .

Cons

Hours can be long during program launches but settles down after.

Advice to Management

Continue with communication and shop floor visibility . The employees appreciate it.
