Former Employee - Internship

I worked at American Cancer Society full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great internship, learned a lot, supervisor was helpful, was able to shadow everyone in the office.

Cons

unpaid, but great experience.

Current Employee - Case Manager

I have been working at Integrated Community Services full-time for more than a year

Pros

This company is committed to the people it serves, and its employees work very hard to do a good job in caring for people with disabilities. Periodic bonuses for the hardest working staff.

Cons

Although some complain that management is tough, I have seen that management is very supportive of those who work hard, and very tough on those who don't. I think that's probably necessary to ensure... better care for people who can't care for themselves.

Advice to Management

Continue to recognize the employees who work hard, and never lower the expectations.
