Vice President

I worked at American Capital Agency

Pros

Ok base and bonus. People were generally fair and friendly. Nice offices and benefits (health insurance, etc.). Decent business strategy.

Cons

Association with American Capital is something that can cut both ways. Change in the management team was a little surprising early on.

Advice to Management

ACAS is dealing with a lot of challenges and AGNC has done well. Be careful not to let your conflict of interest get the best of you.

Current Employee - Chartered Surveyor

I have been working at BNP Paribas Real Estate Strutt & Parker full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Superb benefits and work life balance.

Cons

You are part of a large bank and therefore have to abide by the numerous regulations.

Advice to Management

Better bonus.
