Current Employee - Current Employee

I have been working at American Well full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great work-life balance, great team-oriented atmosphere, and an incredibly innovative product. The company is transforming healthcare delivery and moving the industry into the next generation of... virtual health. Very happy to be a part of such smart, talented, and driven individuals.

Cons

Career development and progression. This company risks losing great talent to other orgs because they can be very slow to move on this front. It is definitely getting better, with many managers and... senior leadership making this a growing priority.

Advice to Management

Keep growing, innovating, and leading!

Current Employee - Campaign Center Team

I have been working at Evariant full-time for less than a year

Pros

*Really Smart People that work hard because it matters. You should be prepared to work hard too! *Awesome Products that provide quantifiable value. *Market Opportunity - feels like it's the 1st... inning. *Lots of opportunity to make an impact *Great Customers *Management/Leadership is impressive -- They practice what they preach - Example, the CEO, Clay engages all employees across all levels at a personal level - likely knows everyone on a first name basis. Lastly, Our core values aren't just something that we tack up on a wall - the resonate.

Cons

Nothing major to note. Like any growing company - there can be internal silos -- however this is being addressed by focus on internal collaboration and new customer-first process (Keep up that great... work.)

Advice to Management

Keep up the great focus on culture, collaboration and communication. Continue to provide opportunity for cross-department interaction as is part our our #AllTogether DNA.
