Featured Review

Current Employee - .NET Developer

I have been working at Amerisure part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

- Company culture. Friendly, down-to-earth people; healthy work-life balance; fun volunteering events. - Benefits. Great health insurance and retirement plans. - Technology. Interesting mix of... older, more static technology and the bleeding edge. There's enough variety that there's a niche for everyone. - Outlook. There's an appetite for continuous improvement. Leadership is open to new technologies and suggestions from every corner of the organization.

Cons

- Expertise can restrict flexibility, which can slow the rate of change. - Overengineering is a potential threat. Amerisure's commitment to agility has been helping address both of these... concerns, however.

Current Employee - Claims Manager

I have been working at Esurance full-time for more than a year

Pros

Love the support of leadership, the comradery of the employees, and the flexibility of the company.

Cons

As with all claims departments, work/life balance can be tough.

Advice to Management

Keep putting the associates first! This company does a wonderful job recognizing the hard work of it's employees
