Pros

World class, clean and safe environtment . Comply to ISO standard. Training for manpower, advance in technology, invest on research and modern equipment. Modern machineries, high efficiency machines... and manpower, cost effective, productive, healthy environment. Fairness to employee, consist of about 20,000 employee world wide, deliver high quality products

Cons

Invest expansion of manpower and machines in China to save labor cost, lately adopt the sub contractual labor hiring and result to hardship on regularization.

Advice to Management

Keep on delivery of good quality products to preserve trademark on quality. Continue training of manpower as this company assets. Review the salary pay scale to motivate manpower.
