Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Amkor full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good People, Good Environment, Good Benefit

Cons

Corporate management isn't very efficient

I have been working at STATS ChipPAC

Pros

Decent Job location, decent benefits, typical smaller semiconductor related company. JCET will have a good influence on the company.

Cons

Limited in benefits due to size, Not many job advancement opportunities, greatly affected by industry fluctuations, cutting back on people, benefits, raises, bonuses

Advice to Management

Singapore Headquarters has a high influence on the company structure, complex business processes. New direction from JCET is a very good direction.
