Featured Review

Current Employee - Store Manager

I have been working at Ann Taylor full-time for more than a year

Pros

Ann Taylor focuses on your strengths and leverages them in ways I could never have imagined. This is really not the norm in retail and its a breathe of fresh air to be valued for what I am good at,... vs being pushed to work on things I'm not great at or dont enjoy. Development is associate led and community supported so whatever you want to learn its out there and you can access it. Mentor-ship programs allow for great investment to move you forward in your career.

Cons

We don't pay as much as some retailers so loving the brand and the product is a must!

Advice to Management

Stay consistent in messages to field leadership and stores- it makes all the difference when we are all aligned.
