Junior Sales Representative

I worked at Apex Energy Solutions

Pros

I have to say that this position is phenomenal for younger individuals who realize that they need to make difficult changes to better their character and life. Like every other sales job, being a JSP... reveals your weaknesses, but the appeal to this is that you develop admirable traits the majority of people do not have. Learn to sell yourself and become self-sufficient Learn to understand/read people Develop desirable traits like discipline, consistency, effective communication, and self-confidence. Unbelievable product, sales training, and use of mind-blowing technology

Cons

Mentally taxing if you are close-minded and unwilling to change your character Full commission, 1099

Current Employee - Remodeling Consultant

I have been working at Nu Look Home Design full-time for less than a year

Pros

Salary, hours, flexibility, upward mobility, knowledge gained, good working atmosphere, kind upper management, benefits.

Cons

If I had to say something I would say communication for new employees could be better. The gas stipend could also be higher for sales representatives.

Advice to Management

Nothing comes to mind. I like the way management runs company.
