Current Employee - Retail Sales Specialist

Pros

Positive work environment and culture. Great hourly pay for retail job. Benefits even for part time—health, 401K, discounts, and more. Management seems to listen to and value employees’ opinions.

Cons

No cons for the company, but retail is retail, so expect to work nights and weekends.
