I have been working at Dynamic Catholic full-time for more than 5 years
Excellent work environment. A place that encourages people to work hard and truly understands what is at stake. There are so many high level business strategies taking place which is why we have... had the impact we have had. People are rewarded based on the work they do and how well they do their job..not just random seniority or politics. The organization is fair and also possesses a sense of urgency because we know what is at stake. Dynamic Catholic has and will make the tough decision for the mission. Most non profit organizations make the easy decision and avoid the difficult decision..we make the difficult decisions even when they are hard because that is what is best for mission. Mass everyday, working with others who love the church and want to see their friends or family come back to the faith. Workout facility. I have been following Matthew Kelly/Dynamic Catholic for over 10 years. I volunteered for a few summers when I was a teacher and have been here full time for about 5 years. There is no where else I'd rather work. I have seen the negative reviews on here and can only wonder why? Could Dynamic Catholic be better?? absolutely. But the reality is, if you are not exceeding at your job and not taking it seriously, you probably won't be around for a long time...and why would you? Most negative reviews on here seem to be people refusing to take accountability and look in the mirror at what they could have done better and instead blame anything and everything besides themselves. Fundraising is a difficult job but one I love. If you love the mission, are talented and work hard at your job and also get along with people...you will do well at Dynamic Catholic. If you just want to take it easy and be average and not work hard to improve...you will more than likely struggle. This place is not for everyone...just like playing for Alabama or Clemson or New England or Duke or any other teams that have high expectations and push people to be their best. I consider it a great blessing to work at Dynamic Catholic.
Communication could be better at times, managing the growth better...we have grown so much so fast its been a struggle at times to keep up.
