Featured Review

Former Contractor - Complaints Analyst

I worked at Arjo for less than a year

Pros

The medical beds are a thing of pride for the help they render to the sick. The job gives exposure to learning Medical Devices of the future.

Cons

They moved my department out of the US.

Advice to Management

Wish they will reconsider bringing some of the jobs back to the USA.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Advanced Field Solutions full-time

Pros

Great working ambient, flexible timetable, close contact with CEO

Cons

Prehistoric processes, cascade workflow is proven to not work with software development. Several PMs pushing same worker to do his job

Advice to Management

Support and encourage people to learn and grow, a company is not but a sum of its workers, if workers grow, and improve processes the company itself will grow and improve. Either hire the cheapest... team and tell them what to do or hire the best people and let them do their job.
