Good Benefits Senior Leadership Team that is open to feedback from the entry level No micro-managing - If you're a self starter and driven, everyone will move out of your way and let you do what... you do You are a not a number, you will likely even have a face to face with the CEO at some point Because of the self driven nature of this company and industry, virtually all positions are going to get you project management experience.
This is a mid-level size company that is rapidly growing so if there is a new process to develop or learn, it may end up being you This is not the job for individuals who need to be told what and... how to do everything, Be prepared to come up with ideas and then be expected to implement those ideas yourself. Be prepared to learn something new by teaching yourself. Be prepared to wear many hats depending on what the company needs at any given time. These are not necessarily cons to everyone, but it's important to set expectations. If you require a supervised workload with a box that you can climb into and think inside of, then it will be a challenge until you climb outside of that box.
