Pros

I was an analyst on the Accounting & Finance team for two years and it was a great experience. Armstrong has a solid leadership team, great benefits, and a friendly working environment. I highly... recommend Armstrong as a place of work.

Cons

If you are looking for remote work (post COVID), Armstrong probably is not the company for you. Upper management is very anti-WFH and prefers their employees in the office.

Advice to Management

My advice to management is to keep up the great work :) And regarding remote work - don’t limit your talent pool! There are plenty of tools available for people analytics and you would likely... understand employee productivity better than you already do.
