Featured Review

Current Employee - Regional Digital Manager

I have been working at Asbury Automotive full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Flexible schedule, casual fun environment (definitely work hard play hard). Progressive mentality and leadership. Extremely loyal team of great people and a variety of personalities. It is amazing to... see where the department was prior to the current leadership/management to now. I have, personally, seen rapid career growth in a few years, along with the core members who brought me in.

Cons

Auto industry is very competitive and can be stressful at times. High risk, high reward. Just have to keep your work life balance in tact/make sure you decompress.

Advice to Management

Continue to promote from within and keep the culture. It's hard, at times, but they have done a great job of it so far.
