Current Employee - Inventory Manager

I have been working at Asbury Automotive full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great company to work for. Well managed and ethically run. Fair pay and hours. A Fortune 500 public company that somehow manages to not feel overly corporate about everything.

Cons

Sometimes complicated hurdles to jump and constantly changing priority tasks.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing but don't be afraid to innovate processes.

Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at The Niello Company full-time for more than a year

Pros

I have been in the car business for nearly 20 years and in different parts of the country. Being with the Niello company has been a breath of fresh air and not like most places. The ownership and... managers know you by name and are quick to compliment you for a job well done. There is a good work/life balance and the pay is more than fair. The facility I work in is amazing as is the product.

Cons

The only con is that I didn't start here earlier.

Advice to Management

Don't lose site of what you're doing.
