Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Ashley Furniture full-time

Pros

Good schedule and pay overall was good

Cons

Working there was great and provided real life experience

Current Employee - Product Specialist

I have been working at Dufresne Spencer Group full-time

Pros

Nice commissions, great bonuses, and a competitive base pay. The work schedule is flexible and it allows time for a healthy work-life balance. There is a wide range of skills I have acquired and... developed here: problem-solving, conflict resolution, active listening, consultative sales, negotiation and presentation skills, to name just a few.

Cons

It may be tough to work on certain projects, but that's a manageable issue – thanks to the ample support from the leadership and my coworkers.
