Pros
Extremely Friendly workplace and staff.
Cons
advancement in the company can take a long time to achieve.
Pros
This is a DSO so there is a lot of opportunity for advancement here. The company is excellent at promoting from within. I started as a dental assistant and am now on the support team helping others... grow at PDS. The benefits are excellent, PTO is great, 401k with matching and bonus potential for hourly and salaried employees. There is a lot of training and continuing education as well.
Cons
We are a patient centric company (which is a good thing) but that means we don't work 8-5 Mon-Fri. You should be flexible with hours as well as changes in processes and adapting to new technology if... you choose to work here. It's not a Con for me but can be for some so thought I'd mention.
