I worked at Aspen Dental full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Excellent programs, great for people who like interacting with people and patients, great for people who are good at mediating conflict between various parties.

Cons

Having to corral the staff, immature or inappropriate staff.

Advice to Management

Offer great support to Office Managers. Partner with them first as they are your leads in the office who are skilled and trained to manage effectively. Make sure that they know you are partnered with... them in support of their decisions.

Pros

I have worked at NAPA for about two years. In the time I have been here I have seen great efforts be made to improve the company culture. This includes the new casual dress code, and the increased... ability to work remotely. We have a “Why Stay” committee in our Melville office which consists of a member from each department to brainstorm ways to improve the employee experience. They have made several great changes in a short time and are continuing to do so. The best thing about working here is the flexibility and work-life balance. We have so many opportunities for advancement as the company is constantly growing and evolving. We also have a very generous PTO policy.

Cons

The medical benefits are expensive, but I believe that is consistent with the current market. I would like to see more wellness initiatives.

Advice to Management

I would like to see executive management be more approachable and relatable.
