Pros

Advancement opportunities are great, the company encourages you to move up and gain additional skills. The pay is competitive and sometimes better comparitively to similar positions in the area.... Benefits kick in day one and aren't bad -- 401K (with matching), health, vision, dental, paid holidays, double time on Sundays, triple time on holidays if you choose to work. Work/life balance is great. Management actually listens and forms great work relationships. Overall great place.

Cons

The system could use some polishing. It has issues, but nothing that can't be fixed. Communication could always improve, but it's not the end of the world. Simple things.

Advice to Management

Keep on keepin' on. The openness that has come of the recent Town Halls has been great. Please continue that -- it keeps morale up! Access to more incentives for staff would be great.
