Pros

IT Leadership supports women at every level in the division. They provide satisfying working conditions for women. Excellent leadership in the IT PMO department. The Manager III, IT PMO is... committed to PMBOK methodology. I worked with a strong PMO Team. We worked well together and collaborated freely. There were many opportunities to learn, grow my skill set within IT PMO.

Cons

Extremely long hiring process, even for public sector.

Advice to Management

Make the IT hiring process shorter. Good IT project manager resources are too few to waste time with long hiring cycle. They will lose good candidates to more nimble organizations.
