Former Employee - International Trainee Program

I worked at Audi full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

good pay, great job training, job-rotaion in different departments, including one program in a foreign country

Cons

you could stay about 3 months in one department for the job-rotation, sometimes too short to finish the project in the department.

I worked at DLR

Pros

DLR offers great work life balance and you will work with some very enthusiastic and smart people. The support for new employees is very good.

Cons

The pay at DLR is quite limited due to it following the TVOED scale. The work culture can be quite different depending on each institute.

Advice to Management

Allows for more mobility within institutes and more collaboration. It seems as if party groups in different locations work on somewhat related projects.
