Featured Review

Current Employee - Principal

I have been working at Austin ISD full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Relationships with individual campus staff, fun atmosphere, opportunities for leadership development

Cons

Work/ life balance, some communication concerns from central office

Current Employee - Instructional Aide

I have been working at Leander ISD full-time for less than a year

Pros

Working with kids is awesome! Their love is immeasurable.

Cons

Working with kids can be very stressful. IA position doesn't have room for growth unless you move to a different department.
