- Equal Opportunity Employer for both men/women - Great leave benefits - Standard working hours - Flexible working hours
Cons
- Work load is up and down depending on projects that are happening - Working with some contracting firms used can impact the flexible working arrangement - Career progression is determined by... standard apply/interview process - so depends on availability of funding for positions, and resourcing requirements more than whether you're doing a good job
Advice to Management
- appreciate your staff more and stand up to higher management more. - Dates aren't properly considered and staff are frequently asked to work long hours during peak periods because proper planning... wasn't in place for delivery timeframes - Employ better architects. Out of date decisions and designs make for poor implementation strategies and products.
