Advice to Management
good management
I worked at Center for Autism and Related Disorders full-time for less than a year
Pros
If you're looking for a good company to begin to learn the ropes of ABA, it's a good company to start with.
Cons
Experience with company may depend on what clinic you work at, certain BCBA's are only there for a paycheck.
Advice to Management
OM's are wonderful here. The only advice is that certain BCBA's are not willing to give you the full rundown on what to expect from a client prior to a session, which can make rapport building and... therapy sessions more difficult. Especially considering how particular this focus group of clients is. (Individuals affected with autism)
