Former Contractor - EStore Support

I worked at Autodesk for less than a year

Pros

Very good work atmosphere, managers at the time were extremely supportive, there was an espresso machine on all of the floors.

Cons

commute distance, no option for remote work pre-Covid

Advice to Management

Let customer support work from home permanently. This would allow a higher percentage of talent work for you while not having to commute for hours a day which would increase productivity.

Current Employee - Engineering

I have been working at FATPOT Technologies full-time

Pros

Small team, entrepreneurial mindset. Serves the public safety (police, medical, fire) community with software to make their job easier, faster and safer by interconnecting the dispatch centers.

Cons

Small team so everyone's contributions are key to success. Limited budget for new equipment.

Advice to Management

Keep focused on delivering and refining the products with small/medium sized customer base.
