I have been working at Autodesk for less than a year
Pros
All of the leadership I've met has really cared for their employees. Great benefits, including a sabbatical (that you're encouraged to take). they really invest time and money into their interns.... Even interns get health and dental insurance.
Cons
org is a little disconnected and siloed, but they seem to be working on it
