Former Employee - Talent mobility specialist

I worked at Autodesk full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great company culture Mid-Size company but feels like a small company as you get to ofter work with all levels & build strong relationships to further your role Transparency is key here which... is a major plus Amazing co-workers

Cons

Salary is a bit low If you are on a smaller team it is harder to move up into the next role

Advice to Management

N/A

Current Employee - Senior Director

I have been working at WideOrbit full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great company with leadership who truly cares about both their employees and their customers. The company acts ethically and transparently and provides thoughtful solutions to the issues facing the... business.

Cons

Core solutions are getting a bit long-in-the-tooth (server-based vs. SaaS) without a comprehensive plan to update. Recent growth has slowed which impacts the number of new opportunities provided to... staff but this may change as new initiatives take off.

Advice to Management

Create and share (and regularly update) the long-term vision for the company.
