If I had to pick something I would say that you can't really come in with too much transferable experience because you really need to learn all of the systems from scratch in order to do well and... move up in the company. At the same time it means that there is a great opportunity for moving up in the company!

Base salary is average, but stable when you first start out. It is all worth it since they offer uncapped commission from the start, which doubles when you hit your first promotion - hard work is... absolutely worth it!
