Current Employee - Exec

I have been working at Axios Systems full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

100% Focused on Service Management solutions

Cons

The solution is so flexible and intuitive that it can be tempting to propose it for many use cases Vs our sweet spot which is ITSM and ESM to the Global 5000

Advice to Management

Continue to invest in people and products and expand through channels

Current Employee - Employee

I have been working at Business Stream full-time for more than a year

Pros

I used to think there was potential in a new industry, however, given poor management i don't see how the company can compete with what is becoming an increasingly competitive market

Cons

1) The management at both ELT and SMG level are a shambles. They want loads of ideas but seem completely incapable of taking these on or providing support to implement ,so, agility, innovation or... people development are low on the agenda. As an employee you are required to work to prop up management. 2) The IT structure is archaic as they do not even hae communicator. The billing system has been mutated beyond belief. Coupling that with a poor training structure equates to a poor billing accuracy. This is a tad embarrassing given that the point of business stream is to create a bill.... 3) development is often talked about but never actually followed through. I can count on one hand the amount of 1 to 1s i have had. I have flagged this but have largely been ignored - again reisterating my point employees are there to prop management.

Advice to Management

Given what I've seen to date of mangement i don't think providing feedback is of any use
