Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Azumio full-time

Pros

Opportunity to work on different areas

Cons

You have to work on different areas

Current Employee - Communications Manager

I have been working at YourMechanic full-time for less than a year

Pros

The CEO and c-suite is super accessible and smart. Straight shooters and hire well. Love that it's a pick your own adventure kind of place -- meaning if you're motivated and smart then you can make... an impact on marketing, biz dev, social, and even product. Everyone is receptive and skilled. There's zero micromanagement, and lots of honest feedback. I also appreciate that about half of the staff is on the mechanics side of things, so you interact with awesome real blue collar people as well as techies, which is good for understanding all aspects of the business, and frankly good for your soul.

Cons

Don't love the office -- no windows that open, but a hell of a lot better than a wework/cubicle hell. also a bit noisy in the office, so you have to find a conference room to hide in. But there are... dogs here almost daily, so that makes up for it.

Advice to Management

keep it up!:)
