Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at BB&T part-time

Pros

Great pay Flexible schedule Great work environment

Cons

Outdated technology Old school management

Advice to Management

I know that keeping it traditional is one thing BB&T strives on and is why they are successful but keeping up to date with modern technology is not always a bad thing. Our jobs would be a lot... easier if we were updated just a tad bit on the teller side.

Current Employee - Agile Coach

I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time for less than a year

Pros

Lots of smart people Excellent Benefits and compensation Very good work life balance

Cons

It's a very big organization and it can be complicated to maneuver around within different business lines

Advice to Management

Keep doing the excellent work. Please promote empowerment so people are not afraid to talk to their Senior management.
