Babcock & Wilcox is a great place to get experience, make a difference and work with some really outstanding people who genuinely want to do a good job and are always willing to go the extra mile... to help out a customer or someone they work with. B&W also has excellent technology and seems to have a strong path forward in terms of opportunities to grow the business and make it more successful. People (including leadership) are down to earth and very ethical. Flexible work program including work-from-home or in-office is very popular.
