Featured Review

Current Employee - Consulting Services Coordinator

I have been working at BMC Software full-time for more than a year

Pros

great benefits, great manager, upward movement available

Cons

not much to think of, maybe longer lunch breaks and more remote work opportunities

"Decent Company"Jun 5, 2019

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Optymyze full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Pretty cool place to build experience. There is flexibility in your work schedule and work assignments. Very smart people you get a chance to interact with and learn from.

Cons

It’s easy to get lost in the information shared via our internal network but the transparency is helpful. Change happens fairly quickly and it’s been hard for some to adjust.

Advice to Management

Bring back quarterly company meetings, twice a year or annual meetings. There were benefits to the CEO highlighting progress and concern in person.
