Featured Review

Current Employee - General Foreman

I have been working at BNSF Railway full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Opportunities to grow in your department, cross departmental training, diverse work locations, salary, benefits, culture.

Cons

Be prepared to work in any environment, any shift, and all weather conditions. Field environment has some poor management but corporate is good.

Advice to Management

Need to reign in management who have zero people skills and are clearly not empathetic. The dictators need to go, they create a hostile work environment for both exempts and craft alike.

"Loved It"Dec 26, 2020

Former Employee - Success Coach

I worked at Tarrant County College full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Amazing people, easy work, love the students

Cons

Summers are absolutely horrible during registration- but you only work 4 days a week.

Advice to Management

No walk-in appointments
