Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at BNY Mellon full-time

Pros

Teams are very closely knit which gives a very homely experience at work. Not many egos to deal with. Managers are very approachable and helpful with any aspect of work or work life balance which you... want addressed.

Cons

Predominantly night shifts, some teams need a change in CPUs in terms of an upgrade.

Current Employee - Phone Banker II

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

Pros

If you mess up you get coached and everyone is there to help The work environment is lively and the pay is good for what you have to do. Customer service isn't for everyone but if you don't let it... get to you its an easy and good job.

Cons

None, this place is great
